The Australian Surrogacy Podcast Episode 52: Sam. Sam is a Queensland mother of 5, who found her Victorian intended parents through an article posted online about the couples’ struggles with infertility. Sam, huge-hearted and generous, reached out to the couple and they developed a friendship. Their journey was considerably challenging, with extra bureaucracy and delays, and dealing with the Patient Review Panel process in Victoria. Sam was patient and determined, and all paid off with the birth of Noah earlier this year. Sam is now 10 weeks’ post-partum and enjoying the surrogacy high in the fourth trimester.

If you are interested in Victorian surrogacy laws, or any surrogacy laws at all, you can find posts about each State on the Blog.
