The surrogacy industry – agencies and services – are largely unregulated across the world. The Surrogacy Australia Support Service operates outside the law and Sarah does not recommend intended parents or surrogates join the service.

If you are heading overseas, you should seek advice from an experienced Australian surrogacy lawyer and a lawyer in your destination country.
